My name is Charles E. Sherman III. I was born and raised in Sacramento California. The first major accomplishment of my life took place in High School where I earned a full athletic scholarship to the University of Colorado playing football. Four years later I successfully graduated with a B.A. in Economics.

Once I returned home to California I went straight to work for my parents as a care provider. My parents own Charles Sherman Care Homes. These homes are for developmentally challenged adults with Down syndrome, autism, Alzheimer’s, etc.

In 2011 I continued my passion for helping others and started Showtime Fitness in a single car garage. A year later I partnered with Marinobles MMA/ Kickboxing gym where I currently still conduct business. Showtime Fitness offers Personal training, Bootcamps and Fitness classes throughout the week. Being physically fit and living a healthy lifestyle is very important to me. https://www.facebook.com/CharlesShermanFitness/

I have now combined my passion for helping others and my drive of being an entrepreneur by earning my California Real Estate Broker License and MLO License. I take pride in hard work and my ability to build relationships. Real Estate can be one of the biggest investments people make in their lives. You should feel comfortable talking with your Realtor on the phone and asking any questions you may have. As your Realtor/friend you should have no doubt in your mind I will go above and beyond your expectations to make you happy. Please do not hesitate to give me a call for all your Real Estate needs. 916-595-1099 BRE#: 01944788 NMLS#: 1945505
