When you provide your mobile number and expressly opt in, CLA may send appointment reminders, mortgage application updates, document reminders, customer support messages, and general two-way communications about your mortgage inquiry or loan. If you separately consent to marketing messages, we may also send mortgage program information, rate updates, and promotional communications.
Providing your phone number alone does not constitute consent to receive marketing text messages. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services or obtaining a mortgage loan.

Messages are recurring. Message frequency varies based on your inquiries, application activity, and communication preferences. Active loan applications may involve multiple messages per week.
