Jenna is a licensed Real Estate and Mortgage Broker who has been active in the California market since 2016. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education in 2011 and went on to work as a Clinical Sales Director for a leading medical spa in her area. With over 15 years of combined experience in sales, consulting, client relations, and legal trust accounting, along with nearly a decade in real estate and six years in lending, she brings a well-rounded, client-focused understanding of the homebuying process from every angle.
Jenna trained under a real estate attorney, general contractor, and appraiser, gaining a 360° perspective of the industry. Her background in education and consulting naturally led to her role of training new agents on her team in lead conversion, contracts, negotiations, and client nurture techniques. After earning her broker license in 2019, she expanded into mortgage lending, working alongside top-producing brokers at CLA with decades of experience. Her portfolio includes complex financial scenarios such as court-ordered refinances, trust-held properties, corporate income structures, and post-bankruptcy clients.
Known for her patient and educational approach, Jenna enjoys working with borrowers who need extra guidance and reassurance throughout the process. Her goal is to empower both clients and agents through clear communication, creative problem-solving, and a calm, steady presence in every transaction.
Outside of work, Jenna enjoys collecting and propagating rare Monstera plant species, hiking in Pacifica, and spending time with her loved ones. She also loves learning about neuroscience and the power of having a growth mindset, as she is constantly exploring ways to help both herself and all those around her to grow and thrive.

I have worked with Jenna on several loans, all uniquely complicated scenarios. From trust-held properties, factoring in multiple income sources, and several investment properties, it is a lot of paperwork! Over the years, Jenna has always gone above and beyond for me. One time, I asked for her help looking into the property tax records on a home I had taken ownership of from a trust. The county's tax record system was set up very poorly and was extremely confusing, but she spent several hours investigating years of tax records and then created a detailed spreadsheet to help me understand and reconcile the complicated property tax history.
