Highly Highly Recommend Jenna! I met Jenna back in 2018 through a mutual friend who had just bought a home, and couldn't stop raving about the experience. Fast forward to 2021, I had just moved from San Francisco to Sacramento after COVID. I was renting a place, single, and honestly a little nervous about taking that next step to buy a home on my own. When I told Jenna I was finally ready, she immediately put me at ease. I had a few concerns about being on one income, but she walked me through every step like a pro. I told her what I wanted, a good yard, at least three bedrooms, and a solid family home for my son, and she delivered. She sent me several options and we toured them all until I found the one within just a few days. Jenna made the entire process smooth and stress free. She was super responsive, patient, and always had answers for my questions. From start to finish, everything took less than three months and it couldn't have gone any easier. Now, a few years later, I'm married, have full custody of my son, and still love this home every single day. When it's time to buy again, I already know I'll be calling Jenna. She's the real deal and absolutely deserves five stars.

Jenna Rae was absolutely amazing to work with. She stayed in daily communication with us throughout the entire process and always went the extra mile to make sure everything went smoothly. I have worked with Jenna on several loans, all uniquely complicated scenarios. From trust-held properties, factoring in multiple income sources, and several investment properties, it is a lot of paperwork! Over the years, Jenna has always gone above and beyond for me. One time, I asked for her help looking into the property tax records on a home I had taken ownership of from a trust. The county's tax record system was set up very poorly and was extremely confusing, but she spent several hours investigating years of tax records and then created a detailed spreadsheet to help me understand and reconcile the complicated property tax history. This is just one example of her going above and beyond simply to help. For our most recent purchase loan, we were working with tight timelines and ran into a few unexpected snags, but Jenna was on top of everything and still made it happen. She always handled things calmly and professionally, keeping me informed and reassured throughout. She communicated daily and coordinated with multiple agents, escrow, and even my CPA. I'm not sure if our purchase would have closed without her persistence and problem solving.
